POB Media Center Policies
Please limit the amount of students you send to the Media Center to (5) students per class period. There can be an exception, if you email in advance to check availability. Often times when a class is scheduled in computer lab, there may be an overflow of students needing to utilize the common area computers. Also, take note that other teachers may be sending groups of students as well, in addition to students occupying the common area during lunch times.
Please do not bring your class to the media center without prior notice. I encourage faculty to utilize the media center but please email me in advance for availability.
Teachers can utilize the lab with small group of students (less than 6) without notice long as the media center is not at capacity.
Students must have a pass to come to the media center during school and lunch hours(flexible). Students that visit the media center repeatedly during lunch hours, will receive a yellow permanent pass (laminated).
For media center orientation and teaching collaboration please email me at least a week in advance or to setup a meeting
Laminator
Staff please try to not to send students to laminate items for you because often times I may not available to train students. You can email me to set something up in advance.
